Said my goodbyes to Jacquie and Ariel and hit the road for New Mexico! By 3:00, I could barely read the "Blizzard Warning" signs on the highway due to being engulfed in a blizzard. The plan was to check out the Great Sand Dunes, but that wasn't happening. Instead I made my way to Diablo Canyon. By 8:30, the snow was so bad I had to pull over and sleep on the side of the highway. Climbing tomorrow is unlikely.
