Crooked Stave and North Table

Let's see what else Denver has to offer. With some recently hot days, a sour beer or two would quench the thirst perfectly. Crooked Stave delivered! A huge menu of sours available, many of them aged in oak barrels, and all of them were delicious. 5/5 would recommend.

Had some time to kill before meeting up with Sam and Nate so I checked out North Table Mountain. A nice expanse of decent climbing right within Golden, CO. Within 10 minutes of being there I was able to score 2 quickdraws that were left on fairly easy routes. Found some fun cracks and slabs to scramble around on. Unfortunately, the Coors factory is right below the mountain and with the right breeze a gnarly smell of boiling mash would envelope the entire area. The aroma of a terrible beer being born could be smelled for miles! Way to ruin that Rocky Mountain fresh water...
