Was praying that Kobe had a good reason for barking through my entire meeting today. Turns out he found a friend... or dinner.
Originally a photo-a-day project, then to document my travels, now to document building my tiny house

Day 178 - Ball and Chain
Matt was a good sport about wearing the ball and chain for an entire 18 hole game of disc golf. The tradition continues!
Day 177 - Bachelor Party, Vermont Style
So I says to the guys, "Hey want to see if we can flip my car?". And without an ounce of hesitation, this happens. Don't worry, the alignment already sucked.

Day 176 - Crack Climbs and Cracked Screens
Farley was empty today! Made some good progress on my new project. Also, in the interest of getting a photo of the day, I brought my phone up the wall with me to take this. Well I forgot to take it out of my pocket for the next climb and it ended up falling out, 25 feet straight down onto solid rock. Amazingly it still works, but unfortunately I now have to deal with a cracked screen for at least a year and a half. Pretty typical...

Day 174 - Trees, Tacos and Tecates
So we're leaving the rock gym trying to get some Mission Cantina Tacos and Tecates and Ian is all like, "We should climb a tree. I know of a tree... and we should climb it". And Christian and I are like, "Yes, let us climb that tree." Turns out we climbed that tree during the most spectacular sunset of the year. It got even better than what you see here, but we needed to get going on our taco and tecate date.

Day 173 - Another Year
Went to lunch with coworkers for our 4 year work anniversary. Then climbing with Greg followed by dinner with Greg, Erin and Ashley. Aside from having to work, today was a solid day. In honor of the anniversary of my birth, here's a throwback photo of the extraordinary woman that gifted me with life.

Day 172 - Lancaster Lovin'
Congrats Nathan and Maria! It was a beautiful wedding. Was also great being able to catch up with family.

Day 171 - Gorilla Biscuits
Another sweet Farley session. This photo is from yesterday, but it's the same mountain, so it counts. Picked up a new project on the main wall. Also brought Kobe along and was surprised how well he behaved.
Day 170 - Duffmand Challenges
Climbing session at Farley with Justin, Lundy and Christian. The drag crag is my new favorite crag. Then Christian and Keira had people over for dinner, bonfire, and a sweet game of challenges. Here's Michelle jumping over a fire and throwing a hatchet at the target.

Day 169 - Smells Like Freedom
Awesome trip with the team to NYC. Went to a Jive conference (mostly for the free food) then Jim bought everyone tickets to the World Trade Center Observation deck. Despite incoming clouds, it was a really neat experience. Finished the day with dinner in Jersey City. The team got together and bought me a beautiful watch as a going away gift. Beyond grateful for having the opportunity to work with them and I'm definitely going to miss them as I leave to begin my next journey.
Day 168 - Team Building
Welp, this is probably my last boat cruise with UHG. It's been a good run. I had a great time at the team building event. Was really great to finally meet so many people whom I work with daily and get to know them on a more personal level. Felt really awesome to hear how many people support what I'll be doing.

Day 165 - Border Crossing
Errybody trying to get into America.
No officer, what the heck would we take from Canada anyway? Molson? Pshhhh please...
Day 164 - The World Cup
Drove to Montreal with Katie and John for the Women's World Cup. Saw a double header; Brazil v Spain and Korea v Costa Rica. Despite being the only 3 people tailgating and the $10 Bud Lights, it was a lot of fun!
Day 163 - Relay For Life
Another very successful Relay for Life. My Dad was able to raise $7,000! The event overall hit their goal of $100,000 right before it concluded. Despite some night-time rain, we had a great turnout and amazing continued support from friends and family.

Day 162 - Harder Than an Oosik, 5.12a
In my previous post I mentioned that this would be my new project, but praise Odin, I got it on the third burn! Beyond excited. Lundy also made amazing progress and Joe is very close to sending Vinyl Siding.
Shoutout to guest photographer Charlie. He also provided helpful beta, and sent it afterwards in the dusk when he was supposed to be cleaning the route.

Day 161 - Target Practice is Hard
Despite a pretty terrible cold, I couldn't say no when Lundy asked if I wanted to climb at Farley. Got to meet his daughter and also witness Charlie getting the send on Target Practice (5.12b) which was awesome. The climb this guy is on here will hopefully be my next project!

Day 160 - Frolic Like Your Life Depends On It
Just one of those moments where you need to get out of your car and run through a golden field under a stunning stormy sky. Had a great time with Matt and Brita climbing, frolicking and chowing down at Mission Cantina.

Day 159 - Peonies
Keira and Christian brought over some beautiful peonies (my dad's favorite) from their flower gardens. Hopefully they've found some time to relax and wind down, but it doesn't look like it!

Day 157 - Tying the Knot
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the reception was a blast. Also, the photoshoot wouldn't be complete without these 2 clowns climbing on something.
Day 156 - The Final Countdown
It's tradition for the Father to leaf blow the groom before the wedding. Christian really needed it too.

Day 153 - 5 + 7 Forecast
"I need this done yesterday. Stress out until it's completed"
"I don't need this anymore"
Ladies and gentlemen, corporate America.
